Empowering independence through technology for the visually impaired community

Hope Tech is an assistive technology company, committed to bringing the best assistive technology products to market, helping people all around the globe live safer and more independent lives.

Key challenges

  • After a period of product development and fundraising Hope Tech was ready to begin preparations for the launch of its first product.

  • The Sixth Sense is a wearable assistive technology designed to help visually impaired people walk freely and navigate the world with more confidence.

  • A stand out comms and marketing strategy was needed to maximise interest in the waitlist and longer term in sales as well as a suite of promotional tools and literature to underpin the launch campaign.

The work

  • To support and raise awareness around the positive social impact of the Sixth Sense product, we prepared a product showcase video integrating graphic design elements into the visuals to demonstrate how the technology works whilst ensuring a smooth narrative from the senior leadership team conveying business values and commitments.

  • We conducted audits of external marketing platforms including social media and website identifying opportunities to optimise and enhance content to improve engagement with target audiences through a strategic, multi-channel comms plan.

The impact

  • Our strategic marketing support enabled Hope Tech to significantly boost its digital presence ahead of the Sixth Sense launch. By implementing tailored guidance across social media and website platforms, we helped the team increase engagement on LinkedIn and other key channels, with measurable improvements in follower growth and post interactions.

  • Website traffic saw a marked uplift following the introduction of optimised blog content, with users spending longer on site and engaging more deeply with product information.

  • Our input laid the groundwork for a successful waitlist campaign and positioned Hope Tech for sustained visibility and sales momentum in the assistive tech sector.
